1. Who we are

NoTouchFeedback provides a touchless, gesture-based customer feedback system. For the purposes of UK data protection law we are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Business name: NoTouchFeedback
Legal status: General partnership
Partners: Dawid Bartnicki and Michal Kaczmarek
Address for service: 7 The Oaks, Trevor, LL20 7TX, United Kingdom

A general partnership has no company registration number, so none is shown. If we incorporate later this section will be updated with the registered company details.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form we collect the information you enter:

  • First and last name
  • Email address (required)
  • Company name
  • Mobile or telephone number
  • Country
  • The message you write
  • How you heard about us
  • Whether you opted in to marketing updates
  • The date and time you submitted the form

Only your email address is required. Every other field is optional and the form works without them.

Information collected automatically

If you consent to analytics cookies, we collect usage data such as the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, the type of device and browser you use, and how you arrived at the site. See Cookies & analytics.

Our hosting provider also processes your IP address as a necessary part of delivering the site to you and keeping it secure.

What we do not collect

This website does not use your camera and does not collect biometric data. The gesture recognition described on this site runs on hardware installed at a customer's own premises and is not part of this website.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

What forLawful basis
Replying to your enquiry and arranging a demo Legitimate interests — you contacted us and expect a reply. Where you are asking about buying from us, this may instead be steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
Sending marketing updates Consent — only if you tick the opt-in box. You can withdraw at any time.
Analytics and improving the site Consent — analytics only run if you accept them in the cookie banner.
Keeping the site available and secure Legitimate interests — running a functioning, secure website.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Cookies & analytics

We do not use any non-essential cookies until you accept them. When you first visit, a banner asks for your choice; nothing analytics-related loads until you accept. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Essential storage

We store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again on every page. This is strictly necessary to honour your preference and is not used for tracking.

We may also disclose personal data where we are legally required to do so.

7. International transfers

Some providers above may process data outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where needed. You can ask us for details using the contact details below.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances
  • Restriction — ask us to limit how we use it
  • Portability — receive your data in a portable format
  • Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time
  • Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing

To exercise any of these, email hello@notouchfeedback.com. We will respond within one month. There is normally no charge.

9. Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection to our hosting provider, and access to enquiries is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and to restrict who can reach it.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK's supervisory authority:
